Delivery of your vanity

We use Star Track Express to deliver our quality products to you. They are a fast and reliable service that cover all Australian Deliveries. Shipping rates can be determined by adding the item you wish to purchase to your shopping cart and then clicking on 'calculate shipping'. The relevant shipping rate will be calculated based on your postcode and the weight of the vanity unit or items purchased.

Approximate Delivery Times

Depending on your delivery address the shipping times may vary. As a general rule we expect your new vanity unit to be delivered within 3 to 5 business days if the delivery location is Adelaide, Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane.  

For Perth and Darwin delivery may take 7 business days.

Regional NSW, SA, QLD and VIC allow 5 business days.

If your delivery location is more remote or regional and not listed above, you should allow up to approximately 15 business days.

Once payment is received we will notify you via email that we have dispatched your goods and provide you with a consignment number. You can then use this number to check the location of your purchase and track its delivery using the Star Track Express Website. Please note, items are only dispatched once payment is received. If you are paying by direct deposit option please allow additional time for your payment to clear.

Please ensure that someone will be available to receive the goods as they will require a signature. Vanity Wholesales will not accept additional charges for re-delivery. Vanity Wholesales is also not able to guarantee a delivery time or date. Please contact Star Track Express or go to their website for more information.

You should call Star Track Express if you need an accurate timeframe. You can also use the Star Track Express website to estimate the delivery time of your goods prior to receiving a consignment number. All goods originate in Wagga Wagga NSW from our warehousing facility.

Transit Insurance

Transit insurance is available on each product at the time you add the item into your shopping cart. You are asked to advise if you wish to purchase optional transit insurance to cover you for damage to your goods whilst they are in transit. The insurance rate is shown in Australian Dollars and includes GST. If you are worried about your new vanity getting to your delivery address in one piece, we recommend you consider this option carefully at the time of purchase.

All Vanity Wholesales vanity units are well packed to withstand transit conditions however Vanity Wholesales will not accept any liability as a result of transit damage or breakage. All vanity units and ceramic basins are packed in sturdy boxes with foam and high density cardboard to protect the items from damage. However, this does not guarantee that damage cannot ocurr.
